Marathon Update Release Oct 13, 2022¶
Highlights¶
- Performance improvements which will significantly reduce the load time of events when signing in to the application.
- Performance improvements with the time taken to render charts in the Event Analysis view.
- Ability to navigate directly to an asset’s page from the Event Analysis page Event Frequency by Asset chart.
- Assets will now be ordered by index rather than alphabetically (e.g. Pump 10 will appear after Pump 9 rather than after Pump 1)
Fixes¶
- Reopened investigations no longer require a manual browser refresh to display the reset resolve workflow.
- Improved protection against investigations entering an undefined and locked state if two users are working through the resolve workflow at the same time.
- Accessing the investigation resolve workflow will be more reliable when a background refresh occurs. Previously users may have been unexpectedly taken out of the resolve workflow on a background refresh.
- In the asset view the event description popup will not appear for on-going events.
- In the asset view the user can now navigate to an event’s detail page for very narrow events.
Known Issues¶
- Generating a comparison from asset search or drag and drop will produce a data loading error if that action causes the application to attempt to render approximately 130 or more time-series charts simultaneously.
- List of prior maintenance records displayed below a failure record may not always correspond directly to the asset of the failure record. A workaround is to be on the specific asset you are exploring the failure event for.
Upgrade Instructions¶
- Marathon updates automatically, so no manual steps are required.
