Marathon Update Release March 3, 2022

Highlights

Resolution Workflow

  • Resolve tab has been added to right-hand panel under Investigations tab when a user clicks on an Investigation instance
  • Resolution Steps can be customized for a given Investigation Type
  • User can progress through required steps until a resolution is determined; Investigation is then closed, with the option to dismiss all associated events
  • Additional context can be added to Investigation Steps, e.g. pictures, engineering drawings

User Interface Enhancements

  • Y-axis zooming
  • Pagination in Assets and Events List – enables seeing more assets and tracing back to older events
  • Maintenance and Failure Events hairlines now visible and clickable on Event and Investigation pages

Fixes

  • Unchecking all filters no longer results in white screen
  • “Active” status in Investigations table has been changed to “In Progress” for consistency

Known Issues

  • Time-series data refreshes each time events are re-polled (every one minute)
  • Dragging and dropping more than 4 assets in the Compare tab produces an error
  • List of prior maintenance records displayed below a failure record may not always correspond directly to the asset of the failure record (e.g. if the failure effect is on Head 1, but the user is at the Pumper level, the user could see maintenance events from Head 2). A workaround is to be on the specific asset you are exploring the failure event for (e.g. in example above, explore from the Head 1 level, not the Pumper level)

Upgrade Instructions

  • Marathon updates automatically, so no manual steps are required.
